Account & Data Deletion

At The Circular Net, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the platform, you can permanently delete your account and associated personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion directly from within the app:

  1. Open The Circular Net.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your deletion request is processed:

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed.
  • Your account will no longer be accessible.
  • Your followers, following relationships, and other social connections will be removed.
  • Your likes, reactions, saved items, and other account-specific activity will be deleted.
  • Any media that is no longer associated with other content will be permanently removed.

To preserve the integrity of conversations and community interactions, certain public content you created (such as posts or comments) may remain visible but will no longer be associated with your identity. Instead, the author will be displayed as Deleted User.

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained after your account is deleted where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or financial record-keeping purposes. This may include:

  • Transaction and payment records
  • Tax and accounting records
  • Security and audit logs
  • Information we are legally required to retain

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.

Processing Time

Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days of confirmation. During this period, your account may be unavailable while the deletion process is completed.
